    Once authorized, your customers can select the service provider they trust. Our self-serve options for replacements also put control in your customers' hands, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • How are cancellations and refunds handled?

    We strive for satisfaction but understand circumstances change. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus service fees. Beyond that, we offer prorated refunds. Our customer support is here to guide your customers through the process, ensuring a smooth transition. 

  • How does the claims process work?

    When encountering an issue, your customers can reach out via our online portal, chat, or call.  We’ll promptly dispatch a qualified technician or accommodate your customers' chosen provider for repairs, ensuring minimal disruption. A service fee applies as detailed in the warranty terms, with a focus on transparency and efficiency in resolving claims.

  • Are pre-existing conditions covered by a home warranty?

    As with most extended warranty plans, pre-existing conditions are not covered.

  • How long does a home warranty last?

    Typically spanning one year, our warranties offer a foundation of support for your customers' homes. Options to renew or extend ensure coverage evolves with your customers' needs.  

  • What is not covered by a home warranty?

    While we aim to cover a broad range, our warranty does have exclusions, like cosmetic damage, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.  

  • Can a home warranty be transferred?

    A home warranty can be transferred to a new owner. The home owner is requried to contact us within 30 days of the sale to ensure the new owners enjoy uninterrupted coverage.
